At Sumit’s Mystical Cosmos, we are committed to providing authentic spiritual guidance, remedies, and products. Since our services and products are personalized and spiritually energized, we follow a strict Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy outlined below.
1. Services (Consultations)
• Non-Refundable : Once a consultation session (Astrology, Numerology, Tarot, Vaastu, Mystical Triangle, or Life Coaching) has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable.
• Accuracy of Information : Clients are responsible for providing accurate birth details (date, time, place, name, etc.). Incorrect information may affect the outcome of predictions and does not qualify for a refund.
• Rescheduling:
o Clients may request rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.
o Rescheduling is subject to availability.
o Sessions canceled within less than 24 hours are not eligible for rescheduling.
• Missed Appointments : Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice is considered a completed service, and no refund will be issued.
2. Spiritual Products (Rudraksh, Bracelets, Energized Items, Healing Spells, Pujas)
• No Returns or Exchanges :
Spiritual items such as Rudraksh, bracelets, energized yantras, healing spells, or items used in pujas are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, since they are energized specifically for the client.
• Non-Refundable :
o Once shipped or delivered, products cannot be refunded.
o Customized remedies (pujas, rituals, or spells) are also non-refundable as they involve preparation, materials, and spiritual effort.
• Damaged / Defective Products :
o If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
o We may offer a replacement or credit, depending on the situation.
• Shipping Costs :
o Clients are responsible for shipping costs on returns (only applicable for defective product replacements).
o International customers may be liable for customs duties or taxes, which are non-refundable.
3. Pujas, Healing & Energy Remedies
• Once a Vaidic Puja, Healing Spell, or Ritual has been initiated, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Since these are spiritual acts performed on your behalf, the energy invested and materials used make them non-reversible.
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases, such as :
• Technical issues preventing delivery of an online session (if not rescheduled).
• Duplicate payments made due to technical errors.
• Failure on our side to provide a booked service.
⚠️ Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your
payment method.
5. Cancellations
• Consultation bookings can be canceled only if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Product orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase (if not yet shipped or energized).
• Once an order is energized or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
6. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or non-delivery caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, courier delays, government restrictions, or technical failures.
