• Remedies (spells, pujas, Rudraksh, yantras, etc.) are offered with sincerity and spiritual preparation.

When purchasing spiritual products (e.g., Rudraksh, bracelets, energized tools):

• Items once energized for a specific client are considered personalized spiritual goods and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and courier services.
5. Consultations
• Appointments must be booked in advance.
• You are responsible for providing accurate birth details; incorrect details may impact the accuracy of predictions.
• Sessions may be conducted via phone, video call, chat, or in-person, as communicated.
• In case of rescheduling, notice must be given 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
6. Payments
• Fees for services and products must be paid in full before delivery.
