At Sumit’s Mystical Cosmos, we carefully handle, energize, and package every product with spiritual precision before shipping it to you. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your spiritual products.

1. Processing & Handling Time

Energized Products : Items such as Rudraksh, bracelets, yantras, and healing tools are spiritually energized before dispatch. This may take 5–7 business days depending on the product.
Standard Orders : Non-customized items are usually shipped within 5–7 business days.
Puja & Ritual Services : Vaidic Puja and Healing Spell services are performed on specific dates (muhurtas). Delivery of reports, photos, or videos (if applicable) will be shared as per the scheduled ritual.

2. Delivery Timeline

Domestic Shipping (India) : 5–7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping : 7–21 business days after dispatch (depending on country, customs clearance, and courier availability).
• Delays may occur due to holidays, natural events, or customs checks

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and may vary based on location, weight, and courier partner.
International Orders : Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or any additional local charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Tracking Information

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via
email/WhatsApp/SMS (as provided).
• You may track your order using the courier partner’s official tracking system.

5. Packaging

• All products are packed with care to ensure safe delivery.
• Fragile or energized items are specially wrapped with protective layers.
• Eco-friendly and spiritually purified packaging may be used where possible

6. Risk of Loss

• Once an order is handed to the courier, the responsibility for delivery shifts to the shipping carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier mishandling.
• However, we will assist you in resolving courier disputes to the best of our ability.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your product arrives damaged, tampered, or missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.
• Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, credit, or partial refund, depending on the situation.

8. Non-Delivery

• If an order is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• Refunds are not applicable for orders that could not be delivered due to customer error

9. Restricted Shipping

• Some spiritual items may face restrictions in certain countries due to import/customs regulations (e.g., animal-derived products, herbal powders, sacred ash).

• Customers are advised to check local laws before ordering. We are not liable for items confiscated by customs.
